Fall MiChart system upgrade coming October 17

The next MiChart upgrade is planned for Sunday, October 17, 2021. This will be the final planned upgrade for 2021 with a goal to introduce new features, limit impact to the organization, and maintain regulatory requirements. 

HITS to pause new non-urgent phone-related requests (July 16 – Aug. 1) to enable service upgrades

To enable service improvements, HITS is asking customers to pause any new, non-urgent  phone-related requests between  5 p.m. on  Friday,  July 16  and  11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 1.  

Box Shared Account Migration Window Now Closed

Office 365 + OneDrive coming to Michigan Medicine now through mid-July

Now through mid-July, HITS will upgrade CoreImage Windows devices (Standard and Flex mode) to enable users to begin using Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive. This represents a major step toward making the full Microsoft 365 (M365) experience available to everyone across Michigan Medicine.

 

New HITS in-person paging service location opening July 12

HITS is resuming in-person pager support and there will be a new office opening dedicated to paging services. The new HITS Paging Office - located at the entrance of UH South - will be open on Monday, July 12.

Moving days are here! Schedule your move from Box to Dropbox by July 31

While moving in the summer is hot and exhausting, moving from Box to Dropbox with the ITS Self-Service Migration Tool should be no sweat (pun intended!). Today, the Migration Tool opens to Michigan Medicine, allowing you to schedule a time to automatically move the contents of your Box account to Dropbox.
