Beginning Monday, March 5, the Michigan Medicine Security office (located at #1A201 University Hospital) will no longer handle any type of pager services – including exchanges.
Anyone needing a replacement for a lost or broken pager should do one of the following:
If you are on the main Medical Campus:
8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Visit the HITS “Help Me Now” Walk-up site at Towsley Center, G2413.
- (Located near the UH cafeteria, South from the Fork statue about 100 feet)
Nights, Weekends, Holidays
- Call the HITS Service Desk at 734-936-8000 and request a replacement pager.
- One will be delivered to your location by a member of the HITS Device Support team.
If you are in any other location:
Visit the Telecommunications/Paging Services Office (Domino's Farms)
24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby L, Floor 3, SPC 9755
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
