What's happening?
- Between mid-February and fall 2023, HITS will be replacing ~ 8,750 telephone sets across 50 locations.
- Legacy 7945/65 Cisco telephones will be exchanged for new 8811 models.
- Workers from our vendor (Optanix) will be visiting units to perform this work.
- Each swap will take just a few minutes – no significant outage is expected.
- Phone numbers, etc., will remain the same.
