Improve your Internet Connection
At a minimum, your internet plan should run at 5 mbps download and 1 mbps upload. We recommend 15 mbps download and 5 mbps upload to prevent common connectivity-related issues, and that you connect via a physical wire. Recommended speed test tools: Comcast, Google, or SpeedTest.net.
Request a Loaner Computer
If your personal computer breaks, you can request a loaner laptop for a limited time by clicking the button below. Laptops available are HITS CoreImage PCs.
Please note there is a limited supply and expected turnaround time to receive the device is three days.
Reserve a Room
Please contact med.school.scheduling@umich.edu with any room questions.
We offer a variety of rooms that can be reserved for studying or small group work. To reserve a room and learn about available equipment, visit Schedulon using your Michigan Medicine (level-2) credentials. For first time users, go to the Michigan Medicine Help Center to request a Schedulon account.
When reserving medical school classrooms, study rooms and lecture halls, note that semester scheduling limits how far ahead a room can be booked in advance. Typically rooms cannot be booked for the next semester until the last two weeks of the current semester.
