This evening (Friday, March 6, from approximately 6:30-9:30 p.m.), Adobe will conduct server maintenance that will impact all Michigan Medicine faculty and staff who are using Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or other Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) applications.
During this time, users will be unable to log in to Adobe applications. It is recommended that users close any applications before the maintenance window to avoid being logged out. If users are automatically logged out of Adobe applications, the impact is expected to be minimal because Adobe auto-saves changes once every minute.
Users who try to log in during the maintenance window may see an error message saying they are not licensed but can use a trial version. Please *do not* use the trial version. After the maintenance is complete, users will be prompted to log in the next time they launch an Adobe application and should use their “@med.umich.edu” credentials.
