UMICH common password – syncing is OPEN!
Finally, we can say goodbye to Level-2 passwords! As of April 3, new employees and students create and use a UMICH password only (one password!). Current employees and students can sync their passwords now on their Michigan Medicine User Profile page. Learn more at michmed.org/sync.
Flex PCs: Upgrade to Windows 11 by April 30
If you have a Flex PC (looking at you, research friends!), make sure your OS is up to date. 400 Flex PCs still need to upgrade to Windows 11 by April 30. See the list of PCs that need upgrade and the upgrade instructions.

GraphPad Prism renewal
The Prism license code will be available to faculty and students for 2024-2025 free of charge in the coming weeks, with new guidelines for use and installation. Information coming soon to the Help Center.
System Account management moves to ART
If your team or department uses a Michigan Medicine system account – a set of credentials not tied to an individual uniqname to manage software, applications, or processes – the request and renewals process is moving to the Account Request Tool (ART). Learn more in the Help Center.
