The test and assessment functionality for many online and some instructor-led courses in Cornerstone Learning will be unavailable from 8 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13 through 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 14 to accommodate an upgrade to the Questionmark system.
During the planned upgrade, learners will not be able to complete institutional mandatory, MiChart, or other online training courses that have assessments. Affected courses can be started, and their progress will be maintained, but the courses will not complete during the outage. An error message will appear if a learner tries to access an assessment during the outage, and affected assessments will need to be completed after 5 p.m. on March 14.
