Please switch to another video conferencing tool and save any BlueJeans recordings you wish to keep.
As you may already know, the university will retire BlueJeans, effective May 1. On that date, you will lose access to any meeting and event recordings made in BlueJeans. BlueJeans Meetings will remain available as a stand-alone videoconferencing platform through April 30.
What do I need to do?
- Use U-M Zoom for all videoconference meetings that you host. See our U-M Zoom knowledge article for Zoom resources.
- Download any BlueJeans recordings you want to keep no later than April 30: Log in at umich.bluejeans.com, select the “Recordings” tab, and download your recordings. (Select the “Events” tab to download Events recordings.)
