MiCME Upgrade

The Office of CME and Lifelong Learning is partnering with HITS to evaluate if better alternatives exist to the current system used for managing Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, presenters, and credits.

In the several years since MiCME was implemented, the market/industry has evolved and there are now mature applications specifically designed for CME.

The project team is currently assessing options to understand if there are applications that would fit our needs more completely and with less maintenance / customization. If a better alternative is identified, the project team will proceed with an implementation of a new system, with a target release in summer 2024.
