HITS will remove all UNLICENSED instances of Oracle Java SE software from the Michigan Medicine IT environment starting October 23, 2024:
- Java JRE (Java Runtime Environment)
- Java JDK (Java Development Kit)
- Java Web Start
What devices are impacted?
All Michigan Medicine-managed Windows desktops/laptops and servers that have any UNLICENSED version of Oracle Java software currently installed, including:
Devices and Top Users with Oracle Java.xlsx
Application Groups on Unix_Linux Hostnodes
Application Groups on Windows Servers
